Register to Vote/ Get Friends to Register

The deadline to vote in the Washington primary election is this Saturday, August 19.  That's 30 days before the primary. Because that falls on a Sunday this year, your form must be postmarked by Saturday. Click here to register via national Act for Change site.

Your VOTE is very IMPORTANT! Don't let anyone, including yourself, take it away from you!!!

If you want a personal touch, don't forget to stop by one of the League of Women Voters booths at Hempfest this weekend. Registrations completed on Saturday will be in time to allow you to vote in the Primary (Sept 19) and, of course, Registrations completed on Sunday will qualify for the General Election on November 7th.

If you don't go to Hempfest and you are not comfortable with the internet registration in this post, pick up and complete a Voter Regisrtation form at the Library and get it postmarked by August 19th.

I say again;
Your vote is very important! Don't let anyone, including yourself, take it away from you!!!

Thanks, Jack. It would be nice if the state had an equally easy way to register using the Internet to get a form (or even to send in a form - what an idea).
