Larry Grant Introductory Ad

Our friends in Idaho are running a great Democratic campaign in pretty deeply red territory.  But they have an excellent candidate and are lucky in the Republican opposition they drew for this open seat.  Bill Sali is one of those all-time Republican loonies that Idaho tends to throw up every once and awhile.
One hesitates to ask for money for a campaign outside of our Burner and Goldmark and Wright and Cantwell campaigns.  However, the Idaho Democrats have played this end pretty well.  They simply ask that anyone who has ties to Idaho support this race.  So, with that in mind, here's the link to contribute.

Check Larry's ad out.  He's a great candidate.

Lynn,

Belated thanks for this write-up! For more information on our Send Money Home campaign, please click my name. Idaho has elected some embarrassing people to Congress before (remember Helen Chenoweth?), but this year's GOP nominee would top them all.

Happily, we have gotten some great national attention (including the Netroots endorsement) and - as you say - Larry is a very strong candidate. We appreciate the support of anyone who wants to see the Northwest go blue.

PS Even though I live in Idaho, I've already given a little bit to Darcy and will also give to Peter Goldmark by the end of the month! We need to build our party across state lines - especially when you figure our opponent is getting money from all over via the odious Club fcor Growth.
